SafeCenter offers a variety of services that focus on creating pathways to safety and gives survivors opportunities to heal. We use a supportive and strengths-based approach, built around empowering survivors to make the choices that are right for them and their families.
All of our services are free and confidential.
The vision of SafeCenter is to end domestic violence and sexual assault. We work to accomplish this by advocating for the rights of every person, adult or child, to live in a non-violent environment where individuality and equality are recognized and respected. Our supportive environment allows survivors to obtain information, explore options and ultimately make their own choices.
SafeCenter is available 24-hours a day through our crisis line at
(877) 952-7283.
All services are free and confidential.

SafeCenter provides temporary and safe housing for women and children. While in shelter survivors are provided with meals, personal care items, advocacy, and counseling. We do not currently house adult men, but we are happy to assist male survivors with finding a safe place.
SafeCenter relies on the generosity of volunteers, donors and area businesses and organizations;
with your help we continue our mission to end domestic and sexual violence within our community.
TRIGGER WARNING: This video contains the story of a domestic violence survivor.
